Hiya! I know this is ported from Scratch but I don't really have access to real game engines and all that stuff :/

The File will only work if uploaded to Scratch in the editor or play in the game engine:

Okay, So Basically:

1. open a new tab or Client of Scratch.mit.edu.

2. select Create (located next to the Scratch logo

3. Select "File" and "Load from Computer"

4. Select the .sb3 file
